Life can be hard.  Having someone to talk with in a safe, non-judgmental environment can be helpful.  I offer trauma sensitive and culturally aware therapy that encourages resilience, growth, and healing.   Focusing on your strengths and values, we collaborate on what you need and what you want out of our time together.


I employ an eclectic approach using choice theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and humanistic therapy.  I have experience working with adults dealing with traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, as well as issues with communication, resilience, relationships and family dynamics.  


I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Oregon, and a National Certified Counselor.  


Therapy can be uncomfortable, but also rewarding, lending itself to healing and better life balance. Everyone can reach a balanced state of health and wellness.  It is my privilege to help you find what works for you. You lead your process of change. I will be there with you, by your side, to help you find your balance.
